A handsome English oak revolving bookcase, circa 1910, of the classic Edwardian library form. The square top sits above two tiers divided by slatted sides into four open compartments, allowing the whole cabinet to rotate on its central column and castors for easy access to books from any side. The oak is a nice mellow golden colour, and the piece presents in good, sound condition with all joints tight and the rotating action working as intended.

A practical and decorative piece equally suited as a library bookcase, side table, or rotating book table beside an armchair or desk.
