Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

A rare and beautifully crafted antique pollard oak sideboard or dresser C.1890. A moulded top featuring stunning swirling grain patterns, over three trop drawers above two cupboards with fielded panels and geometric mouldings flanking a central open mirror back recess over a central lower drawer. One cupboard features a pull out cellarette and it retains its original brass hardware with carved and reeded columns and foliate corbels standing on a plinth base. A very functional and attractive piece of furniture in prized pollard oak. It is in very nice condition with a good colour.
